As we are conscious that quality service primarily depends primarliy on quality manpower, we adopt a method of screening the candidates to recruit suitable candidates for carrying out the work assigned.

Manpower Database

We maintain manpower database collected through various sources.




 Our selection process has an interview.

Interview is followed by the verification of the resume particularly with regard to correctness of address, family background, marital status, contact the reference person, with regard to the short listed candidates.

 Selected candidates are given training to induct them for carrying out the specific work of the clients.



monitoring system

We monitor daily the reports generated by our officials on work place.

Frequent visits to the clients' site by the respective officer in charge of the site.

Meeting the client and get feedback so as to deliver the best services, twice a     month.

A dedicated Email-ID is created for the client's contact with the directors.
